RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

BESPOKE & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Elena Andritsou Luxury Footwear offers bespoke and made-to-order services.

Clients may customize their footwear through the selection of:

  • Textiles and specialty fabrics
  • Colours
  • Heel styles
  • Heel heights
  • Design combinations from existing models

All bespoke and made-to-order items are individually produced according to the customer's specifications.

Therefore, bespoke, personalized, and custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Exceptions apply only in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made by the Company.

By placing a bespoke order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these conditions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to text, photographs, designs, graphics, logos, illustrations, videos, trademarks, and product designs, is the exclusive property of Elena Andritsou Luxury Footwear.
